Hi- I've just been informed that AM kitchen and Bakeshop Classes will have a delayed opening. Please be prepared to be in K1 at 10:00 AM. Have the storeroom order, meat, and fish ready when we walk in.
If this is the way it really goes down, there will be NO service. We will spend the time prepping Dim Sum for Thursday and working on details of service set up. If everything goes according to plan, we'll have demos on Dim Sum for family meal, and make time for the Chinese Tasting.
Prepare for that, and look ahead to a full service menu, with Dim Sum, on Thursday.
There is a possibility that AM sessions on Wednesday will be cancelled all together. That will be decided at 7:30 tomorrow morning. I will update the status at that time. I think it's most important that you all participate in making and tasting Dim Sum (big $$$ in the industry - and a lot of fun).
