We've been asked to help supply some snacks for "Diversity Day" - tomorrow.
I've offered up some Kimchi, Rice, and Nori, but.....we also have a lot of extra food that we COULD prep and send out if we have time.
I'll be asking the sous chefs to rinse and cook 12 cups of medium grain rice in the rice cooker to accompany the kimchi. I'll help arrange that on platters.
I'll be organizing production of a few other items, so when you're ready with your daily assignments please check with me to see what needs to be done.
