No class on Thursday....means that there will be no time for Indian tasting and lecture before the final, which means there will NOT be a final exam on Friday.
INSTEAD - The quiz scheduled for Thursday - on Vietnam and Thailand - will be given when you arrive at 7:00 AM. The scores of all 3 quizzes will be averaged to equal 30% of your grade.
Station 6 should STILL set up an Indian tasting on Friday. Its about exposing and explaining information, not about the test, after all.
Friday will be a non production day. We will Quiz in the morning, prep and try to hit service deadlines by 10:45, have family meal, and then talk and taste about India.
Please look at the Indian power point and be prepared to be on time and ready for Family Meal by 11:15 ( 1/2 hour given to the early quiz).
Relax, enjoy the snow day, but use some of it to prepare to make the most of Friday.
