As most of you know, I'll be heading for Singapore on April 10th. I probably won't have much to post before then and may need a few days - or weeks - to get my balance once I land. But - if you're interested in what's going on there, I will use this site to chronicle my work and leisure food related activities in Singapore and elsewhere. I plan to make side trips to Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and maybe Thailand.
