Station #2 - We will be receiving 10 chickens - only 3 are for you to use for chicken rice, the rest are for Station #5 for Tandoori Chicken.
Station #4 - Follow the instructions in the blog for Thailand for making yogurt, but use only 3 gallons of milk (6 one-half gallon containers).
Station #5 - you will receive 8 whole chickens for tandoori chicken, butcher only 3 Day 12 and save the remaining 5 for day 12 when I can assist if you need help.
Station #6 - Please prepare only 1/2 recipe of Mango Chutni and marinate only 12# of pork for pork Vindaloo. Remember to set up the tasting for Thailand so it's ready after service.
