New INformation for Day 6 - Japan

Sous Chefs - Joshua and David
- Soup
- sunomono
- sushi rice and steamed long grain rice - 16 cups of EACH in 2 pans each type. Watch videos for both preparations so you are familiar

Team 2 - Jude and Andrew
- As usual if they both show up, Braised beef only if just one shows up, Chef to prep sushi maki if no one shows up

Team 3 Lauren and Sam
- As usual EXCEPT - increase pork cutlets to 20 pieces and sushi nigiri to 100 pieces

Team 4 Erika - SOLO
- 20 portions Udon Noodle Pot only - no other duties - help others as you can

Team 5 Dustin and Dominic
- Beef Terriyaki with vegetables as usual - set up to serve form Table 5 as described in blog- increase portions to 25 on teriyaki. Also - Sushi Inari - increase to 100 pieces.

Team 6 - Closed. Chef to prep sushi garnishes for class.
