Posting Place for PM K! Students

You will be running on Chef Smythe's Japanese Menu on Wednesday and then on my menu for Thursday and Friday on the Vietnamese Menu. I will distribute a printed copy of station assignments to follow for the Vietnamese menu on Wednesday afternoon.

See all of the pre-day 1 material, both written and video, on my Course Website. You are responsible for knowing this information.

Refer to the Vietnamese Section of the Website, watch all of the videos and be familiar with your assigned dishes.

Have a written game plan/prep list

Analise and discuss your station's responsibility with your team mates
